Misa Architects

MISA Architects is an architecture and design practice founded in 2015 focusing on resilient and contextual design embracing key sustainability principles. Our motto is to rediscover a fine balance of the natural and built environment – one project at a time. Our aim is to contribute to contemporary Indian architecture and design space by blending rich vernacular styles in our work to achieve timelessness. We strive to be culturally aware, environmentally responsible and creatively unbound. Our process is to instil a soul to the spaces and buildings we create – an intangible dimension capable of moving the users’ emotions and evoke a sense of engagement with the space. We have planned, designed and executed over 150 projects till date across institutional, community, facility, healthcare, industrial, retail and residential uses. Our portfolio includes passive architecture, resilient architecture, equitable, accessible & inclusive design. Our core value is to make minimal to zero interference with natural habitat in all our projects irrespective of its size and use. Our philosophy (in Jim Rohn’s words), ‘Whatever good things we build, end up building us.’
