Twin Residence

Twin Residence is a luxury house in Jaipur built for two brothers as separate houses within a single compound. This house is built around the idea of having two private houses which also are connected by spaces within, looks like a single house from the outside and enhances the interaction and keeps the residents of both the houses connected whenever required. The Facade of the house is designed in a manner to make the houses look as one single house and visually appear as a lavish big house in terms of scale. A central courtyard becomes a capital of connectivity for both the houses which also houses a huge pooja room with gathering space around which can easily accommodate huge gatherings. The monochromatic yet lavish interiors of the house and double height spaces make the spaces within the house look bigger while the double height spaces with the help of central courtyard functions in keeping the houses well lit and ventilated even in the harsh climatic conditions.
