About Project
Situated on a 30-acre land in Maheshwaram, Hyderabad, this 12,050 sq. ft. farmhouse seamlessly integrates into its surroundings through an earthy, minimal design. Comprising four blocks, three dedicated to bedrooms and one to living and dining spaces, the Manduva house concept inspired the design with courtyards and verandahs providing privacy and connecting the landscape. Individual roof structures, a deviation from the existing farmhouse, promote cross ventilation and panoramic views, reducing the overall mass. A limited material palette of Kota and Jaisalmer stone, light grey micro-topping, stone cladding, and wooden elements create a serene environment, fostering a sense of calm amidst nature.
