About Project
This house is situated in the mixed-community area of Chhani, located in Vadodara city, in the Indian state of Gujarat. The house is designed in a stylish manner to attract people passing by. The name of the house is derived from the red man statue placed on the balcony of the façade as an abstract art piece, enhancing the façade's appearance. Additionally, angular brick fences are installed on the façade sides, preventing harsh light from entering while allowing the wind to pass through the room, keeping it cool. Throughout the house, the architect has maintained a minimal palette of materials, including exposed concrete, exposed brick, white paint, Kota flooring, and sporadic design elements incorporated into various rooms. These young architects have incorporated several interesting features into the house. Noteworthy among them is the wooden staircase, which gracefully curves into the interior, adorned with designed tiles and strip lights on the risers of each step. Another notable factor is the addition of various paintings that enhance the overall interior of the house.
