Modern Plantation Villa

In the southern suburbs of Bengaluru in Karnataka, sits a new residential complex that integrates greenery within its layout. One of the apartments within utilises this to its advantage. When we visited the villa, we were stunned by its simplicity and charm. The client’s Kerala roots, the architect’s love for tropical modernism and Geoffrey Bawa, and the villa itself sandwiched between greenery on each side, all come together to give birth to this charming abode. The expansive volumes carry an innate sense of warmth, and each space looks towards the outdoors.
