Layered House

Situated in a residential area of Ankleshwar, Layered House is a perfect blend of modern and traditional elements, just like the client wanted. A large living room with sloping roof opens out into two open spaces, a pond on one side and a luscious green garden on the other. A striking red staircase adds vibrance to the dining space which is otherwise decked in subtle textures and colours like the rest of the house. A balcony with sloping roof finished using clay tiles acts as a traditional addition to this contemporary design. The house is divided into three primary layers, the foyer, the living area, and the rear spaces that accommodate the bedrooms, the kitchen, and the dining, beautifully cascading into a neat elevation from north towards south. A soothing pond area, use of subtle furniture, a striking red staircase, and a symmetrical elevation are some key highlights of the project.
