Vishwakarma Design Studio is a multidisciplinary design studio based out of Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. Started in 1992 by Karthikeyan Padmanabhan and Ruckmini Karthikeyan, partners in the business and in life, Vishwakarma Design Studio is the creative expression of the architect and product designers. Vishwakarma is known for their unique creative expression and flair to experiment with unique structures and curves as well as apply materiality and textures in their design aesthetic. The studio has undertaken a wide range of projects ranging from residences, commercial spaces, religious spaces, factories and niche projects. Vishwakarma has carved a name for their wholistic approach to design and specialises in creating the architecture, interior and furniture design of the space.
