Urban Design Collaborative

Urban Design Collaborative (UDC) is a young and dynamic design firm that engages in various fields of spatial design. As a practice, we involve expert collaborators from different fields of specialisation for individual projects and master plans. Our collaborators specialise in architectural detailing, landscape design, parametric design, sustainable design, and academia. We are currently a mid-scale design firm with studios located in Coimbatore and Chennai with consultations offered locally and globally. UDC is primarily a design firm that provides comprehensive design solutions that are of interior, architectural and urban in nature. We constantly endorse the fact that smaller parts of architectural grammar contribute to the complex structuring of the urban context. The firm’s projects seek to find elegant, contemporary answers to creative and pragmatic concerns. We constantly ensure that we put our clients at the heart of every one of our design projects enabling us to bring out the most unique and befitting solution both to the client and the environment. We have a plethora of experience and knowledge in architecture and urbanism and have undertaken work and provided consultations in the UK and India, and have worked with leading interna­tional political agencies and cultural institutions.
