Aana - Meaning Elephant, in Malayalam | i - Individuality Named after the silent, yet powerful pachyderm, Aanai was started in 2018 as an indigenous furniture studio with a vision of providing personalized designs and furniture solutions to those with a taste for the extraordinary. Today, Aanai has grown into a multidisciplinary design studio in the residential space focussing on three key aspects - Architecture, Interior Design, and Furniture. As a practice, Aanai aims at working toward sustainable design, keeping in mind the modern context and global perspectives of our clients. Aanai's core design philosophy revolves around the thought that design along with being aesthetic should also be functional; while achieving sustainability through conscious and minimalistic design expressions.
