“As an architect, one needs to design an environment that enhances life, rather than just a shelter” With the above belief, 4site architects, Bangalore, was established by Ar. Chandrakant Kanthigavi in 2012. Over the past decade, it has developed into a multi-disciplinary practice taking projects of different scales in retail, commercial, residential, hospitality, urban and public domains. We have projects across India and also collaborated and international projects at Australia and Dubai. As a successful architectural practice, our vision is to develop experimental, unique and trend setting designs, creating brand value for our valued clientele with a vision of high purpose design, rather than upholding a single person’s ideal. We aim to create purpose driven spaces that go beyond providing shelter, enhance the quality of life of the users and empathise with the unique story of the place. Our approach is not built on any predetermined ideas or rigid style. Our designs naturally grow out of experimentation and a quest for ideas and answers. In the studio, we ideate towards this common purpose over group discussions and fun TT sessions. We are looking for open minded individuals and clients who love experimenting with spaces and creating positive, lasting designs.
