THE SUNKEN LIVING SPACE

The thoughtful design of 'Mina Nivas' is evident in both the sunken living area and the adorned dining space. The living area, sunken by three and a half feet to create a partial double-height space, featuring a wooden staircase with wrought iron balustrade, marking a transition from marble to wood flooring for added warmth.

This space extends seamlessly to the dining area, where a wooden jhoola transforms into a dining space with a flexible makeshift table. The stone inlay beneath the jhoola, crafted from natural stones, complements the living area's aesthetic.
